TEAM LEADER

The Team Leader is the CEO of the Market Center and is responsible for growing the Market Center, consulting the top 20% of agents, leading the leadership team, and overseeing the Agent Leadership Council in a way that enriches the KW culture.

BROKER OF RECORD

The Broker of Record, or BOR, handles all compliance related matters including ethics, contracts, listings, disclaimers, and disclosures. The Broker of Record will ensure agents stay out of “real estate jail” and offers support throughout each transaction.

MARKET CENTER ADMINISTRATOR

The Market Center Administrator, or MCA, is the CFO/COO of the Market Center. They are responsible for implementing and maintaining all operating systems and financials for the Market Center, including processing commission checks.

DIRECTOR OF AGENT SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY

The Director of Agent Services is responsible for managing the training calendar and planning fun events, while assisting with onboarding. The Director of Technology is responsible for aiding agents with managing their database, mastering DocuSign, and any other technology based platform/system.

AGENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

The Agent Services Coordinator is responsible for onboarding new agents as well as upholding the Your Listing Your Lead system, fielding inbound calls, and oversees all Carnegie Home & Auto and Carnegie Title opportunities.

ASSISTANT MARKET CENTER ADMINISTRATOR

The Assistant Market Center Administrator, or AMCA, works closely with the MCA to maintain all operating systems and financials including processing commission checks.

BUSINESS COACH

The Business Coach oversees our Coaching programs and guides new agents through the process of becoming a real estate agent. They oversee the training calendar and provide resources to new and veteran agents in the program.

COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

The Compliance Coordinator ensures all agent’s paperwork is compliant by MLS and state standards. They review all real estate and property-related transactions for compliancy with local and state laws.

CONCIERGE MARKETING

Prism Digital Communications provides in-house marketing design concierge services to KW agents including direct mailers, yard signs, banners, business cards, listing presentations, and more.
