    The Broker of Record, or BOR, handles all broker related matters including compliance, ethics, contracts, listings, disclaimers, and disclosures. The Broker of Record will ensure agents stay out of “real estate jail” and offers support throughout each transaction.

    MARKET CENTER ADMINISTRATOR

    The Market Center Administrator, or MCA, is the CFO/COO of the Market Center. They are responsible for implementing and maintaining all operating systems and financials for the Market Center, including processing commission checks.

    DIRECTOR OF AGENT SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY

    The Director of Agent Services is responsible for managing the training calendar, planning fun events, and assisting with the onboarding process. The Director of Technology is responsible for aiding agents with managing their database, mastering DocuSign, and any other technology based platform/system.

    The Call Coordinator is responsible for upholding the Your Listing Your Lead system, fielding inbound calls, oversees the Vendor Program, and oversees all Carnegie Home & Auto and Carnegie Title opportunities.

    The Productivity Coach oversees our Success Coaching programs and guides new agents through the process of becoming a real estate agent. They oversee the training calendar and provide resources to new and veteran agents in the program.

    The Compliance Coordinator ensures all agent’s paperwork is compliant by MLS and state standards. They review all real estate and property-related transactions for compliancy with local and state laws.
